1 yellow onion 2 garlic cloves 0.5-1 chilli 380g White beans in tomato sauce 200g Kidney beans 500g Ground beef 1 red pepper 400g whole, peeled tomatoes Paprika powder Salt Pepper Nacho chips
A warming and tasty stew, perfect after a day outdoors. Easy to make a big batch if you´re feeding a bigger group.
Instructions:
Start by chopping: Paprika, onion, garlic and chili. Brown the ground beef in butter until nicely colored. Add the paprika, onion, garlic and chilli and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Add the tomatoes and their juice, the white beans in tomato sauce and the drained kidney beans. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Taste to see if more seasoning is needed.
Crush nacho chips and pour over the chili con carne. Enjoy!
